Refunds

At L&D, your satisfaction is our priority. We want every purchase to be a happy one, so if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. You can reach our customer service at support@ldkidswear.com or via WhatsApp at 01026274144.

 

Returns

  • You have 5 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Seasonal items are subject to a 25% restocking fee for returns or exchanges.

 

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, simply contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days through bank transfer or Vodafone Cash.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

We encourage you to open your package and check that everything is correct — including item condition and size — as soon as it arrives.
